Our CMAS ( California Multiple Award Schedule ) allows California state agencies and public agencies within the state of California to procure products and services without going out to bid on each transaction, up to $250,000.

The California Department of General Services Procurement Division created this program and modeled it after the Federal GSA program. The program has saved agencies millions of dollars in their procurement process. Agencies can now direct their procurement efforts at getting the best value for their agency dollars, instead of the costly and delaying bidding, evaluation, appeals, and contracting processes of the past.
